Ordering

Modified Electronics accepts orders using the PayPal shopping cart for all transactions. We cannot process orders over the phone or via email. This ensures that your private payment information is kept private! We will never have access to your credit details and we will never give out your name, email, address, or other information.

 

Out of Stock/Need More?

If an item is out of stock, the shopping cart will not allow the item to be purchased. It is however currently possible to order more items than are actually in stock. Please email us if you need more than the quantity shown in stock so that we might be able to provide an approximate delivery date for the next batch. If an order is placed for a larger quantity of an item than is shown in stock we will contact you and either provide an estimated delivery date for your order or offer to refund the purchase.

 

Shipping

We will strive to ship all orders within 3-5 business days. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock we will let you know as soon as we can. We ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS) and charge only for postage, shipping materials, and delivery confirmation. While it may sometimes happen, we do not guarantee same day shipping.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated using a tiered weight system based on the approximate postage rates plus a $1.00 order fee to cover envelops, labels, and other costs.

 

Domestic delivery in the United States for most orders ranges from $2.60-$3.80 via First Class Mail including delivery confirmation. Orders totaling over 8 ounces will be upgraded to flat-rate Priority Mail for $5.80. For larger orders of 30 items or more please contact us for additional shipping charges before placing an order.

 

International orders will ship through First Class mail without delivery confirmation for an additional cost. Shipping my take up to 2-3 weeks and may be further delayed by customs. Any tariffs, taxes, or additional surcharges are the responsibility of the customer—we will not falsify customs forms.
